BACKROUND Zengani Building Projects is registered as a closed corporation established in July 2008 by Kgaogelo Sekhaolelo, Samuel Chinji and David Maseko after a long research and consultation with various parties. Zengani Building Projects is a fully owned and managed BBBEE compliance company with Verification Certificate Number: BRSS466 specialising in inter-alia, waterproofing, painting, plastering and paving. Soon after formation, Zengani Building Projects had its first contract for waterproofing, plastering, painting and rejuvenating of paving in August 2008. Zengani Building Projects has an agreement with Safeguard Chemicals as the supplier of all related waterproofing and damp proofing materials. The agreement benefits Zengani Building Projects in various ways besides sourcing of materials. Safeguard Chemicals has mandated to inspect all progress work that Zengani Building Projects undertakes. This arrangement or agreement starts from the initial stages of survey reports to progress, job completion and issuing of guarantees. As one of Safeguard’s approved applicators, we have full rights to Safeguard’s logo, Safeguard’s products and Safeguard’s expert on all Damp and Water proofing related products and information. Zengani Building Projects has an agreement with Stoncor Africa into providing training to the employees on all fireproofing applications. This arrangement will benefit Zengani Building Projects and the employees through empowering our employees with the much needed knowledge and expertise.
