VPM Building founder and managing member, Abel Vicente, initially qualified with a National Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering (T4) and began managing projects for large construction companies. After 14 years of gaining valuable experience, he established Vicente Project Management cc (Ck 2001/3530/23), in 2001, trading as VPM Building. In the first two years the company predominantly performed construction management projects.
