CORPORATE BACKGROUND

The Paint Café (PTY) Ltd is a South African based company that manufactures paints and other related products of the highest standard and finest quality.  Although the company was founded in 2005, it was initially solely used as the exclusive marketing vehicle for Café Paints (PTY) Ltd, who at the time owned the manufacturing and formulation rights to more than 70 high quality products.

During the latter part of 2007 it was decided to restructure the two companies which subsequently led to the take-over by The Paint Cafe of the entire manufacturing and marketing functions together with the existing product formulations.  This paved the way for the drafting of a new business model, vision and strategy; the re-engineering and streamlining of business processes and ultimately the re-branding and re-positioning of the entire product range. 

The products of The Paint Café are since August 2008 being re-introduced to the market through new and fresh channels that includes individually owned franchises, company owned outlets and the retail industry. 

The Paint Cafe is owned by four shareholders and has put together a strong and knowledgeable management team, with more than 80 years of collective experience in business, management, marketing and manufacturing.
