After the boom and due to the current economic conditions, several of these have either gone out of business or are currently running at low production levels.

It was during this period that the entrepreneurial skills of our founding members shaped Chromecrete as it is known today. We abandoned a comfort zone outlook on the future and replaced it with the best customer service, a high level of commitment and quality products manufactured in an environmentally friendly and responsible manner, Chromecrete supplies a range of ready mix products, using quality raw materials sourced at the best price and precisely batched according to our stringent quality assurance procedures.

Chromecrete today is proud of its founders and staff who form the foundation of its success. The founders are still the operating management of the company and take hands-on responsibility for the smooth management and day to day running of the company. With the expertise and experience of our management team and sophisticated manufacturing plants at our disposal, Chromecrete wishes to expand its business to the larger Gauteng area. 1. Establish plants capable of delivering the required volumes, whilst maintaining the SHREQ program as per South African Ready Mix Association (SARMA).
2. Implement an on-site quality assurance program, by a South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) approved laboratory.
3. Deliver products of the highest quality at a competitive price.
4. Transfer skills from our highly skilled, “hand picked” staff to local persons in order to create a self sustainable business.

Chromecrete is a supplier of ready mix products in the larger Pretoria area who is able to supply concrete to the construction industry. Our focus is to deliver ready mix products at a competitive cost to the construction industry while maximising the use of local material thereby benefiting the local communities. Chromecrete has been and is involved in the supply of ready mix products to low cost housing development projects and have successfully completed several large projects in the Pretoria area.

Products and Services
Chromecrete is a supplier of ready mix concrete, plaster and mortar. Locally sourced raw materials and carefully proportioned mixes is used and can be “tailored” to suit all project requirements at the lowest possible cost. All concrete delivered will be tested on an ongoing basis by on-site SANAS approved testing facilities. Management controls in conjunction with the quality system ensure that products meet the required criteria at all times.

The current range of ready mix concrete includes but is not limited to the following popular products in today’s construction industry:
• Standard mixes;
• Pump mixes;
• No fines mixes;
• Self levelling mixes;
• High extender mixes;

Basic Product Prices & Terms
Price Basis The prices are delivered on site in minimum 6m3 loads on site.
Price Adjustment
The prices will be adjusted in January and July each year based on construction industry escalation statistics.

Payment Terms Invoicing will be on the last day of each month. Payment is due within 7 working days of invoice or as per credit agreement. Payments will be effected by electronic funds transfer. Supply Contract On acceptance of a proposal a detailed supply contract will be established and signed by both parties. The contract will include a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
